Privacy Policy
Your data,
handled with care.
How Larius Agency collects, uses and protects the data you leave us through the contact form.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Larius Agency. For any request relating to the processing of your data you can write to [email protected].
2. Data collected through the contact form
When you submit a request from the form on the site, we collect: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number and company name. At the time of submission we also automatically record your IP address and browser user agent, used exclusively to prevent automated submissions and abuse of the form (anti-spam).
3. Purposes of processing
Identification and contact data are used exclusively to reply to your request for information or a demo, and to manage any business relationship that follows. IP address and user agent are used only for security purposes and to prevent abuse (a limit on the number of submissions within the same period). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process your contact data because you give us your consent by ticking the box in the form, and because it is needed to follow up on your request. We collect IP address and user agent to protect the site from automated submissions and abuse of the form.
5. Where and how data is stored
Data submitted through the form is stored securely on Cloudflare, the provider that runs the site's infrastructure, protected by restricted access. It is not shared with other third-party services, except as stated in section 8 for the Meta Pixel.
6. Retention period
We keep data for a maximum of 24 months from the request. If a business relationship begins, the data needed to manage the contract and for tax obligations is kept for longer, as required by law. You can in any case ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.
7. Access to data
The data collected is visible only to the controller, through a restricted, password-protected administration area that is not indexed by search engines. No data is sold or disclosed to third parties.
8. Marketing pixel and Meta advertising
We also promote our services with advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Only if you consent through the cookie banner do we activate the Meta Pixel on the site: a script that reports your browsing (pages visited, interactions on the site) to Meta, useful for understanding how well our campaigns perform and showing you more relevant ads. We never send Meta your personal data such as the name, email or phone entered in the contact form.
You can read Meta's privacy policy and manage your advertising preferences from the Ad Preferences Center.
Without your consent, the Pixel is never loaded and no data is shared with Meta. For details and to change your choice at any time, see our Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
At any time you can request: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security measures
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The restricted area is protected by a dedicated password and a digitally signed session cookie, with limited validity over time.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated over time; the date of the last change is shown below.
